Ebberston Terrace

There’s a place here in an 8 room house on 31 Ebberston Terrace in Hyde Park however I am not attending Leeds next year. It’s £114 with all bills included and its a pretty short walk from the unis. 3 bathrooms.
Contract begins July 1st. Contact me if you need any clarifications or if you’d like more photos. Really no preferences with who moves in, we just need anyone to fill the space.

There’s 4 boys 3 girls, all going into second year and they’re all friendly and social.
