Hello, me and my mate are urgently looking for someone to fill our 3rd spot for next year in a house we are taking over. Bills aren’t included, however, we plan on doing it in a way that’ll split a direct debit so it’s easy to sort out and that is looking to be around £25 extra a week so £165/pw, unlimited eletricity and gas, water and 400mbps internet speed.
