Michelle's room

I am wanting to rent out my spare room in a two bed terrace to a decent, honest & respectful person, preferably female but I’m not ruling you guys out! It is a fairly decent sized terrace with kitchen, dining room, living room, large bathroom with separate shower & corner bath. The room is furnished, currently with a single bed but could possibly get a double in if I took some furniture out. It’s not the largest room in the world but not a box room either which is reflected in the price. I have broadband, Amazon & Netflix. On road parking.

Must love cats, I have a very friendly one.

I would like to think I’m a fairly decent person. Love animals, I am out a lot as I have a horse. I’m very active, sociable & a pretty busy bee.
