A lovely and bright double room on its own floor that benefits from both morning and the afternoon sun and includes lots of storage space.
The house is a charming, three-bedroom family home, in quiet street cul-de-sac road.
Eight-minute walk to Richmond station (with 19-minute train to Waterloo and District line), Shops, Richmond green and the river. Additionally, there is easy access to A307 and nearby motorways (M25, M4, M3). Weβre also only a 20-minute drive away from Heathrow.
The house is well decorated and clean. It has a beautiful open plan kitchen and dining room, with skylights and bi-folding doors that open the full width of the house onto the back patio. Kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, and air fryer.
There is one bathroom upstairs (with bath and shower) and a toilet and basin downstairs.
There is parking available with a parking permit, free WIFI throughout the house and a cleaner comes very two weeks and is free of charge.
Bills are not included but come to around Β£230 a month including council tax, electricity, gas and water.
About the roomies
I work for a healthcare consultancy and work from home. My 9-year-old son lives with me Tuesdays through Saturdays and attends a primary school around the corner. We have lived in the house for nearly 5 years and love it. Itβs a great space, with so much light. The street is also amazing, we have 2-3 street parties a year and are surrounded by great neighbours who tend to share lots of free food! :D I am coeliac (gluten free) and therefore respectful of all food intolerances and special diets.
We also have a beautiful but lazy cat and French bulldog. Both are super affectionate but spend all their time sleeping downstairs.
