Double room to rent on top floor of a 3 bedroom house. All bills included. Room is light, comfortable and has a double bed., desk and wardrobe.

Recently had new floor and carpets in lounge, kitchen and stairs. If things break I will always put them right without delay, unlike most agents. I like to look after my property.

Flatmates are Rosco and Sam, both work full time, sometimes working from home. Friendly welcoming housemates. Viewings will be done by the current tenants so you have the opportunity to meet each other before deciding if you want the room.
