About the room
A clean double room fully furnished. There is ample parking on the street with a bus stop a stone’s throw and several takeaways, including a post office and Morrisons supermarket just 5 minutes walk. The house is close to Bolton Town Centre with easy access to buses or direct trains to central Manchester. I’m easy to get on with but a quiet person although I do love a natter if I’m not busy.. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy and friendly who respects the property. I also wake up very early (but not noisy), so would suit someone who won’t find that a problem. This is a quiet environment too. -Spacious shared kitchen and living area -Dining room -Use of all crockery and cooking equipment included -Your own cupboard and fridge/freezer space -Plenty of storage space in the bedroom -All bills and wi fi included.
