Hi,

I’m looking for someone to share a 2 bedroom ( + 1 spare room for guests), house in Kelvindale. All expected amenities are included, there is also a garden at the back.

No really specific preferences but the landlord’s requirements are full-time student status and no smoking. . I’m also looking for someone who would be happy to help keep the place clean and in good condition (though no obsessive cleanliness is necessary). Someone who wouldn’t mind some music playing around the house, from time to time, would be ideal. People working/interested in music/the arts are definitely welcome.

There is a train station nearby and a bus stop not far away. If you cycle, like me, it’s about 10 min away from Glasgow University

Possible move-in date depends on the current flatmate and she said she is leaving at the end of the month. If you have any questions please send me a message.

I’m in my late twenties starting an MSc at Glasgow University next year. I like music, swimming, reading etc.
