Spacious, newly refurbished flat near Princes St (Alva St) available for the month of August at £280/pw, OR £750 for the month.
You will be in a private bedroom and sharing living space with four residents, though only two likely to be present for August so it will be quiet! Castle views from your bedroom window, free internet included, and a location ideal for Fringe attendees and performers alike.
Queer-friendly student flat, no smokers. We will welcome anyone who is friendly, tidy, and respectful of us and our flat.
Private bedroom includes:
- Double bed
- Standing wardrobe
- Bedside drawer
- Desk and chair
Shared living spaces:
- Very large living room with TV (no cable), sofas and large dining table
- Two toilets and a shower
- Well-equipped kitchen with your own cupboard and fridge/freezer spaces

About the roomies
Currently there are four occupants of mixed genders. We are a friendly, queer group of University of Edinburgh students.
Our various interests include: cooking, reading, photography, hiking, board games, architecture, philosophy, environment, vegan, crochet, knitting, archaeology, fantasy, sci-fi, foraging, art, studio ghibli, activism. (tags copy/pasted from another site).
We all enjoy nights in and sometimes nights out, and include two non-drinkers. Non-smoker flat.
