Jutland Street

Hello guys 👋 My current flatmate is moving out, so there will be one double room available from the 15th of September. The flat has amazing views of Manchester (from every single room), 2 bathrooms, very spacious and bright living room, fully fitted kitchen with built in appliances, two double spacious bedrooms and great location, just 200 meters from Piccadilly train station. It is situated on the 7th floor of Jutland House with all the amenities within walking distance and the cost is £700 + electricity, per person.

I am occupying the en suite room, but the other bedroom is of equal size, having access to your own bathroom and of course to all the communal areas.

As far as I am concerned, I come from Greece, I am 41 years old and work as a content advisor in an online company (3 days a week from home). I am an easy going, tidy person, respectful of others’ personal space and belongings, expecting a similar approach from the new flatmate. I also like to keep the space nice and clean enough to chill, so would appreciate a bit of synch on that. Hobby wise, I enjoy going to the movies and gigs, theatre, arts, yoga, sunny beaches ⛱️, hanging out with my friends, watching series and doing some travelling when the circumstances are favourable.
