Available to rent only for one person and not more than three months.

£750rent + £750 deposit.

We have around the block at 5 minutes walking distance: bus, tram, train, subway, to all directions of London. Dozens of shops.

The rental offer is valid only for an hard worker person, obligatory to confirm with payslips or employment contract.

I will repeat: it is not valid for two people, just for ONE person.

Clean person, hardworking, no parties or guests invited to the house.

Note: This is not a party house.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Sorry, I love pets but we are not allowed access with pets in any part of the building.

Only two people will live in the house. ( me & you ).

I repeat, it is an apartment where you can sleep peacefully, where no neighbor in the block bothers the other with anything.

Available to move in from Today.
