Very spacious shared living room and kitchen. Beautiful terrace with nice view just next to the room. It also counts with two windows, one on each side of the room, so the bedroom is really bright and fresh in the summer. Quiet neighbourhood with nice coffee shops, pubs and shops.
The house is shared with two other tenants, and the tenancy agreement will go through an agency.
The room came without bed, but I’m happy to sell it to whoever gets the room for £150 (brand new bed frame + mattress). It includes a chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and rug.

Bernardo (brazilian) has his room on the 1st floor. He works hybrid. Dan (british) has his room on the 2nd floor, near the available room. He’s a musician and works in his studio, but sometimes he works from home. Both flatmates are really nice, tidy and awesome!
