This is a Victorian silk mill conversion with exquisite style. The lounge has a breath taking 25 foot ceiling and there are beams and decorative exposed brickwork throughout.

We’re looking for a flatmate who wants to be part of our family. Currently, there’s Chris and John. John’s a great cook and we eat together most evenings. We share the cost of the shopping and we currently each put in £200 a month.

Just ten minutes walk from Old Market Square and two minutes walk from Hockley, William Bancroft Buildings are wonderfully close to town yet surprisingly quiet.

John is the owner of the flat and has lived here since 2003. Chris moved in, in 2010. John is an extrovert who works as a celebrant and Chris is an introvert who works in IT. Chris likes spending lots of time in his room playing video games and watching movies. We do normally get together every day for dinner though. If you aren’t comfortable joining in with dinner most days, then this probably isn’t the flat share for you. But if you want to feel part of a family, then we’d love to meet you and discuss you moving in.
