Myself and one of my flatmates are moving out of our current rooms at Student Roost - Buchanan View - Student Accommodation, 35 Calgary Street, Glasgow, UK. We are looking for 2 new tenants to move in from early May. The contract terminates on 9 July however this can be extended over the summer period should you wish. The rooms are en-suite and contain: a large desk with shelves, mattress, wardrobe, drawers, under-bed storage. The flat contains a recently refurbished shared kitchen/living space and we currently share this with 3 others (2 females & 1 male). All flatmates are incredibly welcoming.

Bills are included in the price (gas, electricity and internet). No council tax required to be paid.
