2 bedroom ground floor flat in an exclusive gated development with swimming pool, sauna and gym faculties along with private garden with barbeque area. You would also have access to a secure bike store. The flat is within Dalry, close to west-end/ city centre. Haymarket train station is only a 5-minute walk away.
The room available is already furnished with a small double bed, sit/stand desk and has a large built in double wardrobe with mirrored doors. We would be sharing the living room, bathroom and kitchen.
Bills come roughly to £295 each (Council Tax Band D, Electricity, factoring fees and wifi) which is included in the rent
About the roomies
I would be the only roommate, I am 23 years old and I work as a Software Developer and work hybrid between being onsite and working from home. I like enjoy spending time with friends but am fairly quiet through the week mainly just going to the gym.
