About the room
Hi,
I (Rena from Germany) have been renting out the 2 bedrooms in my 2-bedroom house with garden to exchange students and people on internships for 20+ years with excellent feedback. Both rooms are the same size but differ slightly as regards the layout. They come furnished with wardrobe, desk, chair, bedside table and bed (1 with single bed, the other with double bed). Bed linen and kitchen utensils are provided as well. The rent includes all bills (gas/electricity/Internet/TV license, except Council Tax). Deposit is 550 GBP (which is paid as a holding deposit to secure the room and is later put into the state-controlled deposit scheme when moving in). Bus stop 2 mins away. The number 9A bus takes you to near Strathclyde University. To get to University of Glasgow, 1 change is required (bus to subway). The train (Hillington West) takes you to Glasgow Central in 12 mins.
