Spacious double ensuite in lovely townhouse, just off the Annadale Embankment in BT7 with back garden and front balcony. Parking for one car in driveway, but on-street parking readily available. Quiet area but close to so many amenities including Queen’s, Botanic Gardens and Lyric Theatre. Choice of bus routes but within walking distance to Ormeau and Stranmillis Roads. Lots of shops, gyms and lovely places to walk nearby e.g the along the towpath, where you can stop off and enjoy a glass of wine and some yummy food at our local, Cutter’s Wharf!

We are two mature female profs and would prefer another female around the 35 - 45 age bracket. This is a three-bedroom property consisting of two small doubles and a large double ensuite, which is currently unoccupied - One of the small doubles will become available on 1st June 2023, when my flatmate moves out, but I will need to have one of the two new flatmates sign a 12-month lease with me, as per our landlord’s terms. The other room will be subleased for 6 months to begin with, pending a 3-month trial period. We’re a chilled and friendly house but would prefer someone that keeps the same type of hours as us i.e not getting up at 4am or landing in at 2am lol - our house wouldn’t be suitable for someone who WFH full-time, but hybrid might be considered.
