Caragh's room

Hey! My current flatmate is moving out and I am looking for somebody to take over their tenancy. 🏡 The room is a large double but unfurnished. The rest of the flat is furnished with my own furniture and includes a modern fully stocked kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower and bath. I am a female student at EHU so my preferences are young and female like myself. 📚💼 Have to be LGBT friendly! Bills (energy, water and wifi) aren’t expensive as well :) It takes around 3 minutes to walk to Lord St and has multiple public transport links nearby (two train stations). Myself and my current flatmate are both quiet people who love to cook so a night in with food and a film is ideal for me. The property is currently rented by myself and a young trans woman. Being LGBT friendly is a must in this house 💫 I am a 23 year old Irish student who loves to cook, watch films and enjoys the company of others. The other tenant is 24 and quiet, really into history and loves gaming. We also have 2 indoor bunnies who are the cutest little pets. 🐰
