Marchmont Crescent

4 bed flat with private garden. It is a 3rd-floor flat with really nice views of Marchmont. We are looking for a 4th person to join us. You will have your own fully furnished room with a double bed, window and decorative fireplace. Bills are not included. There are 2 bathrooms and a separate shower room. There is a lovely living room with a bay window looking over the park. And there is a big kitchen with a washing machine.

We are 3 female Irish students going into our 3rd year of uni a QMU. We are really friendly, we are very clean and tidy and we get along really well and hope to find a flatmate that has similar way of going.
