Carlos's room

Single room but the housemate will have the use of the bright living room as a relief space for WFH or just to chill out any time when she or he wants. There is no damp at all in the house (charming Victorian terrace house) , the room has been redecorated recently with the adding of a new carpet. Room is quite and peaceful fully furnished Also it has 2 build in wardrobes with plenty of space to store clothes, etc. There is a backyard patio with access gate to a footpath leading down to town, green areas are very close and the coastline is just 7/8 minutes walk distance… Very well located in Clevedon Town with all amenities close by (Buses & shops)

You’ll be sharing the house with a Professional male in his late 40’s , very young at heart, working full time in decorating services and tennis coaching part time. Hobbies will include among others : music + music, travelling, yoga, hiking, dancing (mainly Latin rhythms) nature, arts, watercolours, literature, reading, films environment, tennis, yachting & gigs. I am a very friendly person who really enjoys socialising but I am also calm and quiet and respect other people’s need for space and privacy.

Regarding my home, I would like to be able to create a warm and respectful space with others. To be mindful of other housemates’ work schedules, own space and privacy in the house. I am, also open to live with a mix generation aged group.

Finally what I am looking for as a housemate, is someone who would be happy in a very clean, quiet and friendly home, where both respect each other space but this person should be willing to socialise and share from time to time a glass of wine, a cup of tea or a shared a dinner.
