Juliet's room

A lovely big flat between Clapham South and Balham stations (both about 7 mins walking distance) so you have the benefit of zone 2 and 3 - Northern Line. It’s a 2 1/2 bedroom flat, with the 2 main rooms being double rooms with double beds and chest of drawers and lots of cupboard space, and under bed storage. If you WFH at times, there is also a separate small study room, so we could share that equally, and if we WFH on same days then there is alot of space in the lounge as well. Rent would be £912.50 each and utilities are just under £140. Landlord would want 5 weeks deposit, and background check.

I am a professional with a high demand job, so time at home is respected. The flat is not a party flat. Property would only be shared with me. But it does feel like home, and I am friendly and enjoy a glass of wine/whisky at home or when I’m out. The flat is clean and always smells fresh. I do keep to myself, as I respect my flat mate’s space, and although I’m m not a big talker, I am also always available for a quick chat and/or catch-up on the day.
