Double room with built in cupboard. Located in a nice safe neighborhood, the flat is ideally located next to a big Lidl and within walking distance of several other supermarkets. There are great transport link (both bus and train).
Shared bathroom and living space, with 2 additional hallway cupboards for storage. There’s a dishwasher and tumble dryer included as well. There is also a small outside terrace.
The flat also experiences minimal outside noise.
Bills not included but currently total ~£165/month/person (including council tax). Council tax band D.
About the roomies
Hi there!
I’m a 25m professional looking for someone to replace my current flatmate who is relocating for work in late April.
I keep myself fairly busy between work (I’m a consultant) and training (currently prepping for the Edi marathon!) but am sociable and always down for a movie night or a night out.
I like to keep clean and tidy and hope that the place would be a home as much as it is a flat share.
