Please smoke outside the house only • You must keep the house tidy and the property in good condition. • You must clean all your dishes in the kitchen after you use them and maintain the kitchen in clean condition. • Please do not play loud music and have respect for the neighbours. • Please do not make noise after 9pm due to respect to your neighbours. • Please don’t use the washing machine after 10pm. If the washing machine breaks you will need to use launderette . There are many Launderettes at 5-10 minutes walking distance from the house. • Please ensure the oven and the cooker are switched off after using them. • Do not have parties in the property and overcrowd the house with your guests. Please have respect for your neighbours. • Pets: pets are not allowed. • Please do not damage the walls e. g. fixing hangers, posters. You will be responsible for removal of any marks left on the walls. • There is an internet connection at the property and you are welcome to use it. This is a free service and you are not charged for this internet connection. If there are any technical problems the internet provider is responsible for internet problems. Always make sure that all electrical appliances are switched off when you are out of the property.
