We are on the edge of the River Thames with Bushy Park 5 minutes’ walk away & Hampton Court 20 minutes walk

A spacious, fully furnished and well-lit Bedroom with double bed on the first floor of a beautiful pub with separate entrance on a main road leading into Kingston with a large double wardrobe and carpet, the location is perfect with local amenities. There is a separate toilet & bathroom which is shared between two rooms & a washing machine; there is no kitchen however we do allow a microwave, kettle & small fridge in the room.

These photos have been taken whilst the current roommate is still living in it thus the photos are real and they are intended to show the size & layout of the room, which will be let fully cleaned & empty apart from a double bed, table, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. The room also has a big wardrobe.

All bills included with broadband

£500.00 per calendar month for one person / £ 700.00 per calendar month for a couple sharing one double bed
