Eric's room

This is a 3-bed home in a quiet area of Tile Hill South. It is fully equipped and furnished apart from bedding/personal items. The kitchen has two fridges/freezers, a washing machine, a tumble drier, a dishwasher, a double oven cooker, etc. The rent includes Netflix, council tax, fast broadband, water rates, monthly communal area cleaning, and a tv licence. The only other bills are gas and electricity which are divided equally every month between all tenants. A new top-rated gas boiler was fitted last summer. Fully double-glazed and insulated home. The current tenants are me and another girl. Both of us are 30, I work for Jaguar Land Rover and she is a Masters’s student at Warwick university. It is not a party house but it is a social and friendly place to live.
