About the room
Hi everyone! I will move out at the end of March, so I am looking for someone who would like to take over my lovely room from April onwards.
The tenant needs to be a student/enrolled at the university. The room is in the brand-new student accommodation Currus Court next to City Centre and the East Railway Station. The room is fully furnished. You would have your own bathroom and a shared but very spacious kitchen, including a living room area with a TV. The accommodation includes WiFi and nice facilities like a rooftop terrace, a small yard, a common room with a pool table, a study or meetings room, a laundry room and a gym. The bus station for the Kent Uni Campus is right in front of the building. Also, all bills are inclusive so no further costs ;)

About the roomies
Two females and four males are living currently on the floor. It’s a quiet and respectful living together, but everyone is open for a chat.
