Medium sized apartment in Ancoats. 20 minute walk to city centre and 15 minute walk to Manchester Piccadilly train station. Also a 5 minute walk to New Islington tram stop. Small bedroom fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers) window overlooks balcony and own bathroom across the room. Shared kitchen and living space which is fairly sized. I’m looking for someone to take over my room when my contract finishes at the end of October. My roommate will be staying and is a young 22 year old woman, currently studying an undergraduate in Manchester. Very friendly, and will give you space whenever you need. Would appreciate someone who is also friendly, and doesn’t cause great disruption such as holding big parties at the apartment. Also I have put the security deposit as £300 but I am unsure about that figure as I believe it will be lower or around that mark.
