St. Peter's Place

have a room that I am looking to fill for the next academic year. The property is 43 St peters place, canterbury and is the downstairs room (if you want to see a video of the property you can see one by searching the address into YouTube). There is a male and female already signed on for the next year. The property is £400 per month without bills however we have been living here for the past year and bills split three ways normally comes to £50 per month. The rental period on the property is 1st of July 2023 to 30th June 2024, however if no one moves in until September the first two months’ rent is reduced by 25%

Living at the property will be another male and female students that are very welcoming.
