Shah's room

I’m moving out due to health reasons and need a student tenant to replace me. The property is a 20 minute walk from the University of Kent and is in a lovely neighbourhood. The other tenants are all science students and very lovely, clean and quiet. It’s a shame I have to leave because I enjoyed the room. Bills are in a bill package with huddle for £80 a month.
