I have a double room available to rent (the bedroom on the photos on my ad). One of the doors opens to a spacious double wardrobe with shelves at the top, a full length clothes rail, and space on the floor. I would be fine with someone decorating the room if they wanted to, and any furniture in there that isn’t wanted can be moved out, no problem at all. As for the rest of the home - it’s a three bedroom semi-detached. There’s parking space on a private area to the rear of the house or street parking at the front, there’s also a large garage if you need to use it. My house has two gardens, one of which is south facing so really nice in summer where it gets the sun all day 😌. The house inside is spacious. Downstairs there is a utility room with a washing machine and American double fridge/freezer, large kitchen/diner with a dining table and three seater sofa, and large living room with a four seater sofa, armchair and large TV, then three bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs. I’m not in a rush to get a housemate I’m just open to seeing if anyone would be a good fit! Happy to discuss details, just drop me a message 😊

I’m 29, from Doncaster. I own the house and live there alone. I often spend days/nights out at family and friends’ houses so you would have the house to yourself occasionally, but when I’m home I’m quiet, clean and tidy and respectful.
