AVAILABLE END OF MARCH - 1 MONTH LET

We are looking for someone to take the double room in our apartment for a month due to new tenancies not lining up.

Bills included and price negotiable.

The apartment comes with a balcony and there are tram links straight to town just a 2 minute walk away. It’s also less than a 10 minute walk to media city.

We do have a pet cat but she is very shy and keeps to herself.
