The room available is a small bedroom with double bed, storage space, and your own bathroom with bath and hand held shower.

The flat is on the 4th floor, with its own lift, stairs and secured entrance.

It has an open plan kitchen/living room, Central Heating, Double Glazing, 2 double bedrooms (Mine has its own ensuite with wet room and walk in shower) and a main bathroom with bath and Virgin TV, Netflix and Broadband

It is in a private gated estate, off Crow Road, with private parking (with your own parking space) shared rooftop terrace and a garden.

Your share of the Total Rent would be £450pm and your share of the Council Tax (Band E) is £125 pm for 2022-23!

You will also be liable for 50% of the bills for gas, electricity, TV licence and Virgin Broadband with TV and Netflix.

The flat is let through DJ Alexander and you would have to go on the lease, provide references, pass credit check and pay a month’s deposit up front.
