It is a 4 bedroom spacious, top floor flat in Newington . We have an open plan kitchen/ living area with a dining table and sofa. Fairly modern shower room and a seperate toilet room.
The flat is 5 minutes from the meadows, 10 minutes from Edinburgh Uni central campus and 20 minutes from Princes Street when walking. And there is several supermarkets within 5 minutes.
