About the room
have a room in this lovely, newly upgraded, surprisingly bright basement flat, available from the 8th of March. The flat is situated bang in the middle of Easter Road, with plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs ect on the doorstep. The flat looks out to a back garden area, meaning we wouldn’t have the noise of Easter Road and even though it’s technically a basement flat from the front, it’s first floor from the back of the building.
The flat has a new kitchen, with all modern appliances, a large living room/ dining room with a TV, pull out couch for guests and dining table, 2 bedrooms, a large hall and a bathroom. The advertised room comes with a double bed, which storage underneath, a set of drawers and a wardrobe. Although the flat is fully furnished, feel free to bring anything (as is currently filled with my take on ‘art’, which is mainly pictures of Serena Williams or shit rip offs)
About me, I’m a 30 year old professional, usually working shifts through the week and occasionally at the weekend. I’m sociable, chilled, tidy, hoping to find someone similar. Looking for long term only.
The council tax is band B, internet is £22 per month and the gas/ electricity bill would be halved.
