We have a lovely double room to rent in our quiet family home overlooking Abberton nature reserve. Beautiful unoverlooked garden to sit out in and very peaceful.

We are looking to rent out a large furnished bedroom, including private (but not en-suite) bathroom, with all bills included. Use of kitchen and lounge (washing machine etc).

We are a mature couple and currently the sole occupants of our spacious 4 bedroomed home. We both work from home at the moment so someone will be around most of the time.
