Pan's room

Hello, I’m Pan and I live with my partner who visits me regularly from Germany.

I am offering a fully furnished, south-facing 11 m² room for one person.  It has a super king-size bed, a large built-in wardrobe with a mirror, a desk, and a chair.

The room is quiet and free from traffic noise.  Thanks to the house’s location in a cul-de-sac, there is ample parking.

Bathrooms and kitchen are shared.

Shops such as Poundland and Co-op are within walking distance. Tipton Leisure Center, with its gym and swimming pool, is just a stone’s throw away.

Public transport: Bus routes 11 (Walsall <-> Dudley) and 42 (West Bromwich <-> Dudley). Tipton train station is 500 m away. Birmingham and Wolverhampton can be reached in 30 minutes.

The payment for the room is on weekly basis with deposit £110.

Basic house rules:

• We are open to everyone and social manner is important to us.
• Respectful communication is essential for a good relationship.
• Overnight guests are not permitted.
• Careful handling of the house and its furnishings.
• Keep common areas and appliances clean and tidy at all times.
• Outdoor shoes are not permitted in the carpeted area upstairs.
• No gas cooking after 9 p.m., as the smell will permeate the bedrooms at night.
