Large, furnished Double Room with bright window, double bed, wardrobe, and desk with plenty of space for some more furniture. Flat has large living room, large kitchen/dining room, and reasonable sized bathroom which are all communal. There is also some loft-space for storage.

The flat itself is very central for public transport, shops, and nightlife.

Would be sharing with myself, 27, civil servant. Friendly and approachable, I work from home 3 days out of 5, generally quiet and keep myself to myself. I’ve had two flatmates so far and have gotten on very well with both of them.
