Flat share with 2 young professionals in a 3 Bedroom Property in Hornsey. We are looking for another young professional to move into our Flat share for 6 months.

The property is in a great residential location a 10-minute walk to Crouch end which is packed full of fantastic cafes, restaurants, gyms, and shops such as the Co-op, Waitrose, M&S, and Tesco.

The property is also a. 5 minute walk to Hornsey Station into Central London 15 minute walk to Turnpike Lane Station (Piccadilly Line) 15 minutes on the 41 bus to Archway Station (Northern Line) 3-minute walk to W3 Bus stop – 10-minute bus ride to Finsbury Park (Victoria, Piccadilly, and Train Lines)

The room is £570, plus bills estimated to average at around £100 each month with council tax, water, electrics, gas and water. However, please be prepared for price adjustments just in case.

We both work around London. One of us is a sports coach and the other is a project manager. We’re both extremely friendly, active and prioritise being clean and tidy and would like a similar flatmate.
