Lila's room

We have 3 large double rooms available in our 9 bedroom house in the centre of Fallowfield for a contract starting 01/07/2023. £132 per week all bills included (or £112 per week all bills excluding gas & electricity) We are 6 tidy & very easy going students (4 boys 2 girls) who have lived in this property for 7 months already, looking for an easy going sociable housemate who likes a trip to the pub as well as a chilled night in. The house is in Fallowfield, but only a 20 min walk to Uni, or a bus stop at the end of the road. We have a lovely park (not platt) on the other end of the road and have not had any safety concerns.The House has 3 bathrooms over 3 floors, a large living room, large Kitchen / dining area with a very spacious garden large double bedrooms. Currently 6 students (4 boys 2 girls) heading into third year! We love a pub trip, or just a chill wine and games night. We all get on and love to hang around together. We are LGBT+ friendly and have queer housemates.
