St. Albans Avenue

I am currently living in a 3 bed house in newton heath. it has a front garden with a drive (one space that I currently use but there is parking on the street outside). A large back garden is also at the property. There is a large double room available with transport (bus and tram) links to the city centre. I have an 8-year-old dog atm also.

Looking for someone that can cover their share of the rent, easy going.
