I am looking for a new flatmate when my flatmate moves out in April. A beautiful functional apartment. 2 bedrooms, and in a fantastic area.

Must be polite, no drama. No smoking of any kind. Must have good communication skills. Has to have a responsible bed time. Must be respectful of others sleep. They should be tidy especially in the kitchen. I’m looking for someone with good chat.
