A double room available in a beautiful well maintained flat in front of Harrison Park. The flat has 2 bedrooms and you will be sharing with me, 30y old female professional. Fully equipped kitchen, gas central heating, double glazed windows, the washing machine with drying cycle, smart TV in the living room. Ideally looking for short stays and female tenants. However, longer stays will also be considered - please include your preferred stay period in your message. The bills (Council tax, Internet, energy, TV) are included in the rent. The flat is freshly renovated and in great condition. Flat is overlooking the Harrison Park, it’s conveniently located with good bus links to city centre, within walking distance to Fountainbrodge, Haymarket and Lothian Rd.

Hi, I’m the lead tenant, Anna, I’m a female professional and I’mlooking after the flat’s condition/maintenance. I mostly work from home with occasional days in the office. I am also a florist designer and have my own side business, so you will see a lot of plants and flowers in the flat. It would not suit someone with flower allergy, I’m afraid. Looking for a tidy responsible person, preferably a female professional. No pets, no couples, and no smoking please. This is not a party flat, however, happy with occasional socials and meals together.
