About the room

A stunning master bedroom is available in Greenwich - New Charlton. Two others already live in this 3 bedroom property and are looking for a 3rd person to share.

The property comes with a good-sized garden, a dining room and a living room. Your potential room is a great-sized master bedroom with built-in storage and comes furnished as can be seen in the pictures. The property has excellent transportation links, Charlton station is 5 minutes walk away and it has easy access to the Jubilee line and Crossrail within 15 minutes. Local buses are only a stone’s throw away. Reaching the north or south bank of the city is within 40 minutes journey door to door. This location is in Zone 3, however with a short bust journey to North Greenwich you reach Zone 2 which allows you to commute between your accommodation and central London within Zone1-2 fares. Shops and local amenities are within ~10 minutes’ walk. Charlton Park and nature are also within walking distance. Park, Gym, Local Shops and Pubs are just round the corner.

This is a family home, not an overcrowded house share. The potential tenant can expect a peaceful and quiet stay. +100MBs internet connection is available and is inclusive of the rent. All utility bills are included within reasonable consumption.

About the roomies

About us.. we’re a couple working in London. We’re quite relaxed, I work in software engineering, and my partner in administration. Some days I work from home, a few I work at the office. I go to the gym regularly and try to convince myself of running outdoor too. My partner commutes a lot every day to work.

We like traveling, hiking, nature, play bowling, pool, and plenty of other things. We equally enjoy going out, and having fun with friends too (only once in a while though).

Ideally we’d like to find someone who we can build a genuine friendship with. we’ve always lived with close friends, and having a “family” sort of vibe in the house is something that we appreciate, but of course valuing each other’s privacy is important too.
