I’m looking for a roommate to join me in a 2 bedroom flat in Uddingston.

There is one double bedroom available, part furnished. No bed currently. If you have your own, then great, but if not then we’ll get one sorted. The room is available immediately and I’m looking for someone for a minimum of 3 months, longer term arrangements can be discussed.

The flat is comfortable, spacious and relatively modern. Second floor. Well equipped, shared bathroom and living spaces. 5 mins walk from Uddingston train station with direct links to Glasgow and Edinburgh. Parking is not usually a problem either. Uddingston is a nice area to live in, close to all amenities, plenty of shops nearby too as the location of the building is situated just off of the Main Street.

It’s more important to me that we get along well. We will spend a lot of time in each other’s space so that’s really important. I’m a respectful, friendly guy and enjoy my own space, I’ll respect yours too. I live pretty clean and tidy but not obsessively, I’ll clean up after myself but not always immediately.
