Our home is on a quiet street close to all amenities/shops/supermarkets and very close to Salford Royal Hospital and Salford University. It is close to all major motorways and only a minute walk to the bus stop (8, 36, 37 and 38) with quick routes into Manchester city centre.

We have everything you may need from a modern house. The comfortable lounge has 4K ultra TV, and the house has Virgin fast wireless broadband.

The kitchen is decked out with utensils and gadgets any budding chef needs and comes with a double fridge, gas hob, electric cooker, and microwave.

The bathroom is nice and clean with a shower, and we have a downstairs loo and a basement for storage.

Your room is a newly decorated, large sized double with a comfy double bed. It comes with a double wardrobe and a large chest of draws and bedside cabinet. The room has its own flat screen 4k freeview TV with access to my Netflix and Amazon Prime and a fire stick loaded with all the latest films and tv shows

We are ideally looking for a long term roomy, and we will prioritise pet owners. The ad you’re seeing is from 3 years ago, the room now has a desk with a swival chair and brand new carpets.
