Jo's room

Firstly we are a family of 4 (Daughter 16, son 10) very friendly and sociable. Lovely ground floor double en-suite furnished room available now. We are in a lovely village near easingwold in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access to the A19 and A1237 and serviced by buses every hour into York. We have a large driveway should you require parking. We have a large kitchen/dining/family room and a separate living room. We also have a garden which gets the sun most of the day.

We do have a cat she is also very friendly albeit a bit scared of everything! Husband and kids love rugby and watch it on the tv a lot so hope that’s ok! We enjoy going out to our local pub and also enjoy a drink at home. Looking for someone who can fit in with our family life. Bills included. Would like to meet prospective housemate first as we have children.
