Marv's room

My room is on the first floor and right next to one of the bathrooms. The property is a 10 minute walk to Leeds University Union and has a straight bus route to City Centre (Bus 56). There is also a 24 hour Sainsbury’s and Royal Park Pub less than 5 min away. The rent is 127/wk Bills included and is under Sugarhouse Properties. Tenancy will end June 30th.

I’m currently looking to move out of a 5 room house-share as I am dropping out of Uni. There is one 3rd Year and three 2nd Years, they are very friendly and quite clean. They are also LGBTQ friendly :) The current tenants study at UoL School of Business and School of Languages, Cultures and Societies.
