Due to a bereavement I’ve had to interrupt my studies/ potentially transfer university so there is a lovely flat available to rent with 5 3rd year veterinary medicine students.

It is £568 pcm and located on East Preston Street.

It is a spacious flat with 4 bathrooms, a large kitchen dining area which has 2 fridges and 2 freezers as well as 2 sinks and 2 ovens and hobs which can be arranged to be viewed at the convenience of my previous flatmates.

The bathroom can be accessed from inside the bedroom to be rented however it is shared with another flatmate so it isn’t technically an en-suite.

As it is a flat of students we do not pay council tax, however we do pay bills- it has been approximately £35 pcm.

It is available to be moved into as soon as the tenancy swap paperwork is completed.
