Looking for a friendly tenant for the spare double bedroom and to share the house with. It’s a two bedroom house and my partner and I live there for half the week. I am doing a doctorate at Staffordshire University and my partner works from home. The house has been recently redecorated and we keep it clean and tidy. We have a friendly little dog (he doesn’t moult / is hypoallergenic). All the bills and amenities included for the rent. It’s a 5 minute walk to Staffordshire University and a 10 minute walk to the train station. Very well located, opposite the beautiful Hanley Park. I will provide a resident’s parking permit for street parking if you have a car.

I am doing a doctorate at Staffordshire University and my partner mostly works from home. We have a little dog that lives with us and is very friendly. My partner sometimes is away for work so I am on my own for half the week. I like to cook, watch tv and films in the evenings or go to the gym.
