The rent is £475 INCLUDING BILLS, council tax, and broadband. There are currently 5 professionals who are social but also understand if you would rather keep to yourself. This is a very friendly household who is accepting of everyone. There is 2 girls and 3 boys in this property.

The house is a semi-detached house. There is double glazing that completely takes out any sound from the road, as well as having thick walls so you cannot hear other room mates often. The room has been recently decorated as well. There is a drive way that is available for use too.

The room is large, with an amazing massive window which lets in loads of natural light as well as having curtains that block it when required. The room comes furnished with a desk, a wardrobe and a bed + mattress. A UK guarantor is required to sign on.

The room is located in the heart of Headingly, with perfect bus and train routes into leads centre. The room is also super close to the university, as well as being close to local pubs, supermarkets and gyms.

For this property you MUST have a UK based guarantor.

Everyone here is a professional between 18-28. They are sociable but completely understand if you would rather stay to yourself. Everyone is clean and tidy, and they are completely friendly and accepting of everyone.
