AMA's room

Room available: You get two double rooms in a bright beautiful 2bed furnished flat. One room can be used as bedroom and the other for study or hanging out, or movies with friends

Min stay : 8months Maximum stay: 10 months

Price: 700pcm bills and all expenses included (gas, electricity, internet, etc..)

Cleaning: I try do most of the cleaning of the house all I ask is to help with this and make efforts to keep tidy and it’s all fine you won’t have to do it.

Location: Few meters from Edinburgh university and st Patrick’s square

The room is 2bed flat so basically me and my partner. But for next year he is away and we decided to rent it for this period. So max stay is 10months.
